Two-Day Training

One Place team members joined local law enforcement, area DHR, and Cramer’s Center for a two-day Interdiction for the Protection of Children Training. We learned how trauma and child development affects a child’s ability to provide information during a crisis, and ways to interact with these children in a sensitive manner. Thanks to the Lauderdale County District Attorney’s office and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency for this opportunity.
