Grand Ole Opry Show Benefits One Place
A special thank you to everyone who came out to support the Grand Ole Opry Impersonation Show this past Saturday night at the Florence/Lauderdale Coliseum. Mayor Steve Holt and Lauderdale County DA Chris Connolly helped to kick off the show.
The Cadillacs presented a tribute to the Grand Ole Opry & Doo Wop greats, with all proceeds benefitting One Place of the Shoals. In addition to musical performances by The Cadillacs, special guests included "James Brown" and "Elvis Presley," as well as JD Sumner, the world's lowest bass singer. The family-friendly impersonation show also featured: George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Johnny Cash, June Carter, Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, LeRoy Van Dyke, Hank Williams Sr., Martina McBride, Ray Charles… and MORE!
We are especially grateful to Carolyn Odem for coordinating the show,
